The concession granted to ICL Dead Sea Works is through March 31, 2030, and gives ICL priority for a new concession after the expiration of the current one, should the Israeli government wish to offer a new concession.
For the years 2016, 2017 and 2018, DSW paid royalties to the Government of Israel in the amounts of $53 million, $60 million and $66 million, respectively. In addition, in 2018, the company paid an amount of $62 million, in respect of royalties relating to prior periods.
